제품설명
Gel Destaining solution은 단백질이 전개된 Acrylamide gel을
염색한 후 남은 염료를 세척해 제거하기 위해 사용할 수
있습니다.
Destaining solution은 Staining solution과 아주
유사하게 Methanol 과 Acetic Acid만으로 이루어져 있기
때문에 단백질과 결합되지 않고 남은 염료를 용해해 제거할 수
있습니다.
ML045-01은 초순수에 30%의 Methanol 과 10%의 Glacial
acetic acid 가 포함되어 있습니다.
보관 및 안정성
Gel staining Solution 은 15~30°C에서 보관해야 합니다.
용액의 품질 저하 현상은 (1) 용액 전체에 침전물이나 입자가 생기거나, (2) 탁해지거나, (3) 색상이 변하거나, (4) pH가 변하는 경우를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 유통기한은 제품 라벨을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
