제품설명
Destaining Solution I (ML082-01) 단백질 고정 및 배경 염색 감소에 사용되는 용액으로, 물에 50% 메탄올과 10% 아세트산을 혼합하여 만들어 졌습니다.
SDS-PAGE 작업 과정에서 염색 전 겔 내 단백질을 고정하고 잔류 SDS를 제거하여 후속 염색 강도와 선명도를 향상시키는 데 사용됩니다.
또한Coomassie
Brilliant Blue 또는
silver
staining 전 탈색제 또는 전처리제로도 사용할 수 있습니다.
보관 및 안정성
Destaining Solution은 15~30°C에서 보관해야 합니다.
용액의 품질 저하 현상은 (1) 용액 전체에 침전물이나 입자가 생기거나, (2) 탁해지거나, (3) 색상이 변하거나, (4) pH가 변하는 경우를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. 유통기한은 제품 라벨을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
