Trypsin and Trypsin-EDTA Solutions
When culturing anchorage dependent cells, Trypsin and trypsin-EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) is applied to deter the adhesiveness between cells and facilitate the separation of cells from the culture disk or T flask. When using 10X solution, dilute to desirable density in HBSS(LB 003-03) free of Ca2+ and Mg2+ supplements.
